David currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Spectrum, Maine's largest independent physician practice.  David graduated from Bates College and has over fifteen years of experience in physician practice management, healthcare economics, health policy, billing and revenue cycle management, strategic planning, and managed care contracting.  David served as the company's Chief Operating Officer from 1998 through mid-2006 upon becoming Spectrum's CEO.  Prior to joining Spectrum, David served as a Director of Practice Management with the nation's largest practice management and billing company with clients throughout the Northeastern United States.
